This is a problem with H.265 or HEVC codec video being played back. However, the audio is audible if you drag it into the timeline and attempt to play it. If you’re not bothered by broken links, go on to the next step. It may be necessary to restart the search if just a few clips are available due to a technical issue. When you click Search, Resolve will look for source files within the specified folder’s sub-folders.
